WOMEN´S U19 WFC 2014: Last day to send First List, Team Info Form, TUE´s and photos

Last day for teams to hand in the following information for the Women´s U19 WFC 2014 to be held in Poland 30th April - 4th May 2014.
FIRST LIST
Last day to send the First list of team delegation for the Women´s U19 WFC 2014. The participating teams shall send two copies of the First List (use a specific form):
1. The First List signed by the National Association sent as PDF via email or by fax
2. The First List as Excel-file via email

INDIVIDUAL PHOTOS
Last day to send the individual photos of every player and team official noted to the First List of team delegation. The photos shall be sent to IFF according to the instructions sent to the participating teams.
TEAM INFORMATION FORM
Last day to send the Team Information Form to the IFF. This information is used by the IFF and LOC to prepare the team presentations.
THERAPEUTIC USE EXEMPTIONS (TUEs)
Last day to send in the TUEs before U19 WFC 2014. The TUE applications shall be sent IN ENGLISH to the IFF Office by e-mail antidoping@floorball.org or fax +358 9 454 214 50.
