International Transfers 1st of May - 31st of December
NOTE: New ordinary transfer fee is 200 CHF!
An International transfer must be done when a player transfers from a club (the giving club) in one nation which is a member of the IFF, to a club (the receiving club) in another nation also member of the IFF.
A transfer shall be carried out on the official IFF Transfer Form (PDF-file).
The administration fee for a transfer is 200 CHF (or 300 CHF for express handling) and shall be paid to IFF, whether the transfer will be made valid or not. A transfer shall arrive to the IFF official address during the period 1st of May to 31st of December at midnight CET.

Steps to complete an International Transfer
The form must be signed by all parties prior sending it to IFF, but it is possible to move the paper electronically by fax or as a PDF form attached to an e-mail. Just make sure, that all the filled in information is clearly visible and readable.
An Ordinary transfer is made valid by the IFF on the first Monday occuring 14 days after the IFF has received: (1) completed transfer form (including signatures of all four parties) and (2) confirmation of the payment (the payment is visible on the IFF account).
An Express transfer is made valid by the IFF from the day the IFF has received: (1) completed transfer form (including signatures of all four parties) and (2) confirmation of the payment (the payment is visible on the IFF account or a receipt of payment is received).

Temporary Play 1st of May – 31st of August
Test play during pre-season is allowed and the players have the possibility to test play in another club than the one that owns the players contract during pre-season in International Elite Club Tournaments. This is done with a Temporary Play transfer.
International Elite Club Tournaments are tournaments including club teams representing the highest league from at least two different nations. These International Elite Club Tournaments shall be informed to the IFF by the tournament organiser / member association of the organiser. Read more about International Elite Club Tournaments. The IFF publishes these tournaments in the list of International Club tournaments.
Only players being licensed for a club taking part in an International Club match or tournament shall be eligible to play for the club concerned. A Club may grant their players, who is under contractual basis, an exemption (Temporary Play) from this regulation for participation with another Club in a specified friendly international tournament. The tournament must be played between the 1st of May and the 31st of August and the tournament shall allow such participation. The player shall not be under suspension and shall not have participated in the EFC Qualifications. The player can only test play in two tournaments per time window.
Such an exemption shall be informed to the national Association of the Club giving the exemption and to the organizer of the tournament by filling in the Temporary Play form. The IFF will coordinate the procedure and there will be an administrative fee of 100 CHF included. All Temporary Plays are published by IFF in the Temporary Play list.
