International transfers 2013 – 17.02.2014

The international transfer period from the 1st of July until the 31st of December 2013 included 571 transfers between floorball countries, which is a new record.

In 2012 the number was 558.

The Temporary Play Transfer procedure, which started in 2008, continued also during the summer 2013 but with quite a low number of transfers. The Temporary Play window was open between 1st of May and 31st of August 2013.

The number of completed transfers was 571 from which 114 was made to Norway, 108 to Sweden, 64 to Finland and to Switzerland. International transfers were done to a total of 25 different countries.

The number of regular transfers increased in 2013 with almost 2 % compared to 2012. The total amount of transfers, if calculating both the ordinary transfers and the temporary play transfers, was 596.

Temporary Play Transfers 2013

There were only 25 completed Temporary Play Transfers during summer 2013 (May 1st - August 31st). 13 of them were done to Czech Open. See all the Temporary Play transfers from here.

Transfer Statistics 1998-2013

International transfers have been made since 1998. The biggest amount of the transfers during 1998-2013 have been completed to Sweden. Sweden reached the limit of 1000 completed transfers already in 2009 and with the 108 transfers in 2013 it is still the number one country. Norway has been number 2 two for seven years.
