Member Federations a) New Member Applications Mr. Liljelund reported that the Argentinian Floorball Association (Asociacion Argentina de Unihockey y Floorball) has applied for membership of IFF. The Argentinian Floorball Association has been formed on the 20th of November, 2007 in Buenos Aires. The applicant will submit the statutes after they have been approved by the Argentinian authorities. Mr. Liljelund further reported that the newly formed Thai Floorball Federation has applied for membership in IFF. The TFF will hand in all documents as soon as they have been cleared by the official notaries in Thailand. Both organisations have sent in their applications and will hand in the missing documents in the near future. The Associations are also seeking for the official approval from their respective National Sports Confederation/Organisation. They are both the only representative of Floorball in their countries. The ExCo proposes to approve Argentina as provisional member nr. 43 and Thailand as provisional member nr. 44. The CB decided: To approve the Argentinian Floorball Association (nr. 43) and the Thai Floorball Federation (nr. 44) as provisional members. Mr. Liljelund further informed that the Portuguese Floorball Association (Federacao Portugesa de Floorball) and the Lithuanian Floorball Federation have informed that they will hand in their membership application only in 2008, due to organisational reasons.
