Men´s U19 WFCQ AOFC

AUS MU19

Australia: The team is quite new, so their goal is to learn more about floorball and create lasting friendships. They are excited to meet the team from New Zealand for the first time.
Players to watch:
Nicholas Yeoh: Watch out for Nick, he is a fast and technical playmaker. They missed him in 2013, so they are looking forward to him joining the team. Nick doesn´t stop working for the team on the court.
James Hollingsworth: James has continued to develop into a rock solid defender since playing in the WFC 2013. He is cool and calm under pressure, punishing any forwards foolish enough to over commit.
Ryan Alexandrakis: They are proud of how far Ryan has come since his debut in 2013. He has worked very hard to improve his speed and agility. For a big goalkeeper, people may be surprised how fast he moves. His good humour and positive attitude is an asset to the team.

New Zealand: For the first time, New Zealand is entering a team into the Men´s U19 WFCQ. The team is very young and sees this event as a first step to gain experience on the international stage. The players are very motivated to face the challenge against Australia and will do all they can to qualify for the U19 WFC in 2015.
Players to watch:
Musa Olatunji: He is a strong and fast attacker with a hard shot. He has played for the Men´s National team at the recent WFCQ in January 2014 and brings experience to the team.
Tom Kibblewhite: A solid defender with good overview and pace, he creates stability at the back and adds momentum to the attacks.
Matthew Bertschinger: A hard working centre who is able to create opportunities for the team up front and is equally committed to support the defence.
