21.7-21.8.2010 - Player Transfers to EFC Qualifications

The teams participating in the EuroFloorball Cup need to make sure that their players are registered to the club latest on the day when the first list of players are sent to the IFF.

For the EFC Qualification East & West the first lists need to be sent in latest on July 26th and for the EFC Qualification Top 4 the date is July 28th.

The deadlines are the same for player photos and possible Therapeutic Use Exemptions (TUEs).

Here is a list of player transfers currently completed to the EFCQ teams:

Transfers to EFC Qualification Top 4 teams:

  • Tigers Langnau will receive Ville Rahkonen and Janne Louhelainen from NST Lappeenranta
  • Red Ants Rychenberg Winterthur will receive Therése Ordell (Täby IS) and Hanna-Kaisa Savolainen and Jana Christianova from PSS
  • Anne Toivanen will move back to Finland from Endre IF to NST Lappeenranta

Transfers to EFC Qualification West teams:

  • Olli-Pekka Heinänen will play for the Italian EFCQ team GLS L´Aquila
  • Michael Lanini will transfer from UHC Bern Ost to IFK Paris
  • Frederikshavn Bulldogs will receive Maria Rasmussen from Piranha Chur and Caroline Hansen from Jönköpings IBK

Transfers to EFC Qualification East teams:

  • Norbert Ressely fro Mullsjö AIS will play for Dunai Krokodilok
  • SK Augur will receive Panu Majuri (not completed) from Finland.

Extracts from the IFF Competition Regulations for Club teams:

§ 3 QUALIFICATION OF PLAYERS AND OFFICIALS

3.1 Only players licensed for the club not later than the date for handing in the first list of team delegation shall be eligible to represent the club in the EFC. A player having participated in the EFC (Qualification and/or Final Round) shall not be granted a transfer to another Club before 15th of November the same season.

3.2 Only players having achieved the age of 15 and officials the age of 18 before the start of the EFC are eligible to participate.

3.3 Clubs participating are entitled to use a maximum of 20 players and 7 officials in the EFC.

3.4 30 full days before the first match of the EFC a list of the team delegation, completed on the official IFF form and signed both by the Club and their national Association, shall be sent to IFF and the organizer. This list may consist of up to 30 players and 10 officials from which the final delegation shall be selected. 21 full days before the first match of the EFC the final list of a maximum of 20 players and 7 officials shall be sent to IFF and the organizer. Only those persons included in the final list are entitled to participate in the EFC. Persons in the final list may, due to unforeseen circumstances, be substituted after a written application to the IFF RACC, the substitute shall however be listed in the first list of 30 players. Passports or any other internationally accepted ID card shall be checked in connection with the accreditation.

3.5 A maximum of 20 players and 5 officials are allowed to participate in a match. A list of players and officials taking part in a match shall be handed in to the match secretariat not later than 30 minutes before the match. No other than those on the list are allowed to be in the substitution zone.

3.6 Participants shall be responsible for taking out the appropriate insurance to cover their delegation.

3.7 A player shall only be eligible to play for one team in the EFC.
