Anna Nirvin new member in the Swedish Federation CB — 29.06.2012

The Swedish Floorball Federation held their General Assembly on June 17th 2012 and Anna Nirvin from Överum was elected as a new member to the Central Board.

There was no President election this time as Lars-Gunnar Tjärnquist was elected for two years in last year´s General Assembly. Three CB members were elected during the GA. Tomas Engholm (Stockholm) and Mikaela Mikaelsson (Umeå) were re-elected and Anna Nirvin was elected as the only new member to the Swedish Federation CB.

The 42-year-old Anna Nirvin started to help the local floorball club IBF Antvarden in 2008 and since then she has been involved with a lot within floorball.

– IBF Antvarden needed help so I got involved in the club. I was elected secretary in the board and quite soon I realised that the club needed to focus in organisational development. We registered for the Swedish Floorball Federation club development in 2009. I was then asked to become a course instructor, which led to a board membership in the Östgötlands Floorball Federation, Anna Nirvin says in innebandy.se´s interview.

Caroline Silverudd Lundbom (Stockholm) resigned from the CB and Martin Wolmhed (Oskarshamn), Maria Åhgren (Hammarö) and Stefan Johansson (Nyköping) were elected by the GA 2011.
