Official invitation to the EuroFloorball Cup 2012 — 10.05.2012

The International Floorball Federation invites the Men’s and Women’s Champions 2011/2012 from each IFF member Association in Europe (the top4 ranked Associations excluded) to the 20th EuroFloorball Cup

The International Floorball Federation invited on the 9th of May, via their Associations, the Men’s and Women’s Champions from each IFF member Association in Europe (top4 ranked excluded) to the 20th EuroFloorball Cup, the 2nd in the new system.

The final round tournament, consisting of 6 teams in each the Men’s and the Women´s tournament will be played in Slovakia (Kosice), October 10-14.10.2012 (Wednesday-Sunday). The technical meeting (compulsory) is held October 9.

If correctly registered, signed also by the national Association, the following teams are directly qualified to the Final round:

Men’s Final round: The Champions of Latvia, Estonia and Slovakia (organizer) & a 2nd team from the organizer.

Women’s Final round: The Champions of Latvia, Norway, Poland and Slovakia (organizer).

EFC Qualification
At the time for the invitation the places for the qualifications are still open.
The qualifying teams play for two spots in each category.

The registration form shall be sent or faxed to:

The registration form shall be the IFF by hand latest on the 31st of May 2012.

The participation fee is divided, the direct qualified teams shall pay 3000 CHF and the qualifying teams shall pay 2000 CHF for the qualification.
The qualifying teams shall also share the referee costs* for the qualifications.

The fee shall be paid to the IFF account:

The receipt of payment shall be attached to the registration.

*In order to better balance the costs between organizing and participating in the qualifications the referee costs, consisting of travel, board and lodging plus daily allowances, will be shared between the participating teams. IFF will send every team an invoice of the referee costs in connection with the qualification. This cost is fixed to 1000 CHF.
