The 8th APAC tournament will be played in Loftus Recreation Center in Perth, Australia on 28th - 30th of January 2011. There are Men´s and Women´s tournaments played.

28.2.2011 - Last day for IFF MA:s to send in the annual Doping control statistics

The IFF annually collects the statistics of the conducted doping controls in Floorball from each IFF Member Association. The IFF then annually reports about the doping control activities in Floorball to WADA in order to follow the World Anti-Doping Code.

15.11.2011 - Last day to send in nominees for the IFF Athletes Commission

IFF invites the IFF Member Associations to nominate one female candidate for election to the IFF Athletes Commission, the election to be organised during the Women’s World Championships 2011 in St. Gallen where each player has the possibility to vote for one - three representatives of the nominated persons.

The current Athletes Commission was elected (the male representatives) during the World Floorball Championships in Helsinki last year and the IFF the CB selected the female representatives for one year. The ordinary period for the mandate is two years.

The objective of the athletes’ commission is to comment and take part in the preparation of the Game Rule changes, looking over the Competition Regulations and participate in the development of IFF Competitions.

We now kindly ask each member Association to nominate one female to the IFF Athletes Commission ASAP and not later than 15.11.2011.

The nominations should be sent to competition@floorball.org and preferably consist of a short presentation including the athletes Floorball CV.

In order to complete International transfer, the IFF Transfer form must be completed (also signed by all parties) and sent to the IFF office. Additionally the Transfer fee (150 CHF) must be payed to IFF account before 31.12.2011.
