IKSU won big - ready for the semifinal – 30.09.2016

Swedish women´s team IKSU outnumbered the Swiss team Piranha Chur in the quarter-final in Champions Cup and won the match 12-2.
- I guess they were a bit tired and we had speed in our game, says Nina Bärtschi.

IKSU is the favorite in the Swedish Super League this season, and they showed their capacity against Piranha Chur in Boråshallen. Sofia Joelsson scored twice in the first period before IKSU´s Swiss player Nina Bärtschi did 3-0.
In the second period, captain Josefina Eiremo found the net up to 4-0, and short after that Nina Bärtschi scored her second goal.
- It was a lot of fun, because I know many players from the national team, says Nina Bärtschi.

Piranha Chur´s Manuela Dominioni did her team´s first goal when she scored 7-1, but IKSU continued their fast play throughout the game and won with 12-2.
- It was difficult to know how they were going to play against us. I guess they were a bit tired and we had a lot of speed in our game, says Bärtschi.

IKSU plays against Finnish Classic tomorrow in the semifinal. That game starts 09.30 AM local time and can be seen at IFF:s Youtube channel.
- We saw them (Classic) in Uppsala Cup. They are a really good team with a lot of speed. We have to play as we did today, says Bärtschi.
